RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
We want to make returns as easy as possible. Please read the following regarding return shipping:
1. Initiating a Return

Follow the instructions provided in the Returns Center to select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
2. Return Shipping Options

Prepaid Return Label (Our Mistake): If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. This label will be sent to your email address.

Customer-Arranged Shipping (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., didn't like the style, wrong size ordered), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You can use the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

4. Packaging Guidelines

Please ensure the hat is securely packaged in its original packaging, if possible, or in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

Include a copy of your return authorization inside the package.
5. Return Shipping Costs

As mentioned above, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Undeliverable Returns

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If a return is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
